Exercise :
  • Jog 2 laps around oval without break.
  • Start running daily again.
  • Complete Level 1 of 30 Day Shred.
  • Complete Level 2 of 30 Day Shred.
  • Complete Level 3 of 30 day Shred.

Weigh in:

  • Weigh in at 100kg by Monday 5th March.
  • Weigh in at 90kg-95kg by 5th July. (My 18th)
  • Weigh in at 70kg by December 25th. (Christmas)

Personal:

  • February without binge.
  • Feel comfortable enough to go jogging around the block during light hours.
